PETER AUTO DIX MILLE TOURS 2024

In December 2023 Arthur was invited to take part in the third edition of the Gulf Historic Dubai Grand Prix Revival. He raced on the Le Mans 80's+ grid with a COUGAR C28 LM powered by a Porsche 962C Engine (Group C), qualifying 3rd and then sharing the wheel with Bernhard Van Oranje for the two races in which they finished 3rd and 1st. Arthur became the youngest driver ever to win a Group C race.
He also drove a 1965 Porsche 911 in the Le Mans 60's+ category with Victor Jabouille and Gonçalo Gomes for a 3-hours endurance race in which they finished 10th overall.

RENNSPORT REUNION #7 2023

In September 2023, Arthur was invited by Tag Heuer to the world's biggest Porsche meeting : the Rennsport Reunion at Laguna Seca's race track in California. "It was a truly magnificent edition, I'd been there before, but the level of the cars present was incredible. I can't wait to create a Rennsport in Europe!" confides the young enthusiast.
THE FIRST PORSCHE OWNED "BALI"

In August 2023, Arthur bought his first Porsche with his father Régis Mathieu. "Bali" is the name of their 1965 Bali-Blue 912. "She" was one of the very first to be built, and therefore has a painted dashboard. She even has her own Instagram account : @balithe912
HOCKENHEIM ENDURANCE RACE

In May 2023, Arthur was invited by Pierre Martinet (main sponsor of his racing team) to race in the Endurance category at Hockenheim with Gérard Tremblay and Pierre Martinet himself. Unfortunately, one of Arthur's team-mates went off the track and the team lost all chances of a podium finish.
PORSCHE AT CHATEAU SAINTE ROSELINE

Following the success of the Porsche exhibition at the Mathieu Lustrerie organized by the entire Mathieu family, the Chateau Sainte Roseline asked Arthur to organize a "concours d'élégance" around the birthday of the Porsche 911. Arthur assembled over 40 exclusive Porsche 911 models with the help of his Porsche Centers, whom he asked to join him in organizing the event. Nearly 900 people were present on the site during the day, as well as an exceptional panel of judges including two three-time Le Mans 24 Hours winners, the owner of the Chateau and a some of the biggest car collectors in Europe. Arthur received a great feedback from Porsche France following the event.
PORSCHE 904 GTS #063

On 09.04.23 (as if by evidence) Arthur drove a Porsche 904 GTS for the first time in his life. The 904 which he drove is none other than one of the most original in the world : #063 with only 4200km on the clock. "I've never felt such emotion. Starting it up was like a procedure to wake up a monster that's been sleeping for decades. The driving sensations are incredible, the car is really easy putting in corners and you can feel its lightness when accelerating. What a thrill to drive in a piece of history like this car!" Arthur explains as he leaves #063.
TAG HEUER CARRERA AD

In December 2022, Arthur did the advert for the new Tag Heuer Carrera 60's birthday "Panda" edition. At the wheel of a Porsche 718 RSK once owned by Ricardo Rodriguez, history was made. Indeed, the Rodriguez brothers were the drivers who asked Jack Heuer to make a Chronograph watch for the Carrera Panamericana race. Jack created the Carrera Heuer, and the legend was born.
LIGHTS ON 60 YEARS OF PORSCHE 911

In December, the Mathieu family created a buzz with a temporary exhibition lasting just over a month at Mathieu Lustrerie on the 60th anniversary of the Porsche 911. Porsche A.G. and Tag Heuer were partners, and over 40 exceptional cars were on display, each associated with a chandelier to match the Art pièce that is the Porsche 911. Open only from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. during the winter months, visitors enjoyed a nocturnal visit illuminated by chandeliers. The exhibition was visited by over 50,000 people and received unrivalled media coverage.
TAG HEUER CARRERA 2.7 RS EDITION

In October 2022 Arthur was invited by Tag Heuer to take part in the official launch of the Tag Heuer Carrera 2.7 RS in tribute to the 911 2.7 RS, which was celebrating its 50th anniversary. More than 17 RSs rolled through Paris with influencers and public personalities to take beautiful photos with the new watches.
2.0L CUP PAUL RICARD

For the last weekend of his 18th birthday, Arthur was invited to drive a 2.0-liter Cup during the Dix-Mille Tours of Paul Ricard 2022. "It's so pure and fun to drive, I love it, you can feel everything with the car. You never have to cut its speed, but it can go really fast! It's so much fun." Arthur tells us while getting out of the car. He and his teammate qualified 14th, but Arthur completed the race alone. He finished 6th overall and 4th in his class, and won the "Spirit of Race" price for his Gentleman driving attitude. What's more, Arthur recorded the best result this car has ever achieved, while also being the youngest driver ever to take part in a 2.0-liter Cup race.
18 YEARS OLD IN A PORSCHE 962C

On August 3, 2022 Arthur became the youngest driver ever to drive a Porsche 962C. A collector and friend of Arthur's allowed him to try out this magnificent 962C from the 1993 24 Hours of Le Mans. "I can't believe it, I didn't think a car could do all that. It's just exceptional to see how well created this car is, because it's overpowering, and it has aerodynamics that are just impressive, and yet when you're on board, you're at home, you're in a Porsche." reveals the driver.
2022 TOUR AUTO

Ines and Arthur Mathieu entered the Tour Auto for the second time in April 2022 aboard a 100% original Porsche 356 A! The 60-horsepower crew won a spéciale and a circuit stage in the regularity category. They finished 9th overall. "It was complicated to compete seriously because our speedometer is in miles, and it spins a little faster than our wheels do... But we were able to take everything into account and make wins!" Ines, his sister and co-driver in charge of the Clock and table conversion, tells us.
ULTIMATE CUP SERIES ENDURANCE RACE

At the end of his first Porsche Cup season, ABM team asked Arthur to help them win the ultimatum cup series championship in Endurance. Sébastien Poisson, Sébastien Dussoliet and Arthur won the race and also the championship. "I'd like to sincerely thank the ABM team for their confidence. It was a great race and a great time with this friendly and professional team."
2021 TOUR AUTO

As if the Tour Auto had waited for Arthur to turn 18, the start took place on August 30, 2021, one day after Arthur came of age! So he's officially the youngest driver ever to take part in the Tour Auto. For his first Tour Auto, Arthur teamed up with his sister Ines in this sublime, completely original 356 A, in which they finished 21st.
FIRST PORSCHE CUP RACE

Arthur makes his first Porsche Cup race at the second round of the Ultimate Cup Series alongside Sébastien Guerrini. "I like to see a young driver appreciate how lucky he is, and be aware and happy with what he's doing, and that's the case with Arthur," explains Sébastien, who chose Arthur as his teammate to race this round of the championship. They finished 3rd, with Arthur setting the fastest time under heavy rain in qualifying. "It's a great car, the sensations are crazy aboard it and I'm very happy to have been able to share the wheel with Sebastien!"
